Palmetto Ridge honors veterans and service members of every branch and generation at its annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Veterans Memorial Green. The program includes a presentation of colors, remarks from student veterans, a reading of the names of Palmetto Ridge alumni who died in service, and performances by the Concert Choir.
The ceremony is hosted by the Veterans & Military Success Center and its director, Sergeant Major (Ret.) Denise Howard. A light reception follows in Ridgeview Commons. Accessible seating and ASL interpretation are provided. Free and open to the public.
