Hawks women’s soccer players celebrating a goal

Hawks women’s soccer plays an aggressive, high-pressing style that keeps opponents on their heels. Head coach Hannah Lindqvist, a former professional defender from Sweden, has built a roster that blends Lowcountry standouts with players from across the country and abroad. The 2026 Hawks are among the CJCAC’s top-scoring teams.

Coach Lindqvist believes strong students make strong teammates. Players complete weekly academic check-ins, and the team’s average GPA matches the department’s 3.2 mark. The program has an excellent record of moving players on to four-year schools, with recent alumnae playing at NCAA and NAIA programs throughout the Southeast while finishing bachelor’s degrees.
